Shipping policy
Processing Times
All orders are subject to a processing period of 8-10 business days before shipment, unless otherwise stated.
Processing times are estimates, not guarantees, and may be extended during holidays, product launches, peak demand periods, or circumstances beyond our control.
Business days do not include weekends or holidays.
Fulfillment Process
Certain products may be shipped to us first for inspection, custom packaging, quality control, and final preparation before being forwarded to the customer.This fulfillment process is part of our normal operations and may add additional handling time.
Shipping Time Estimates
Shipping transit times shown at checkout are carrier estimates only and are not guaranteed delivery dates.
We do not guarantee arrival dates unless explicitly stated in writing.
Delays caused by postal carriers, customs, weather, labor disruptions, or other events outside our control do not constitute grounds for cancellation, refund, chargeback, or liability.
Carrier Responsibility
Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, risk of loss and responsibility for delivery pass to the carrier.
We are not responsible for:
- Delayed deliveries
- Lost packages in transit
- Misdelivered packages
- Packages marked delivered by the carrier but not received
- Theft after delivery (including porch theft)
- Carrier damage occurring in transit
Customers must address delivery disputes directly with the carrier, though we may assist at our discretion.
Incorrect Addresses
Customers are solely responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
Orders returned due to incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable addresses may require additional postage before reshipment.
We are not responsible for delays, losses, or additional costs resulting from address errors submitted at checkout.
Refused or Unclaimed Packages
Packages refused by the recipient or left unclaimed may be subject to return shipping fees, original shipping charges, and restocking deductions, where applicable.
International Orders
International customers are solely responsible for:
- Customs duties
- Import taxes
- VAT
- Brokerage fees
- Country-specific import restrictions
We are not responsible for packages delayed, refused, held, or confiscated by customs authorities.
We do not currently ship to Europe.
Damaged Orders
Claims for damaged items must be submitted within 2 days of delivery and must include photographs of:
- Product damage
- Packaging
- Shipping label
Failure to provide requested documentation may result in denial of the claim.
Limitation of Liability
Our liability for any shipping-related claim is limited to the amount paid for the product itself, excluding shipping charges, incidental damages, consequential damages, or indirect losses.
We are not responsible for delays, losses, or damages resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
