Return & Refund Policy
All Sales Final on Custom and Personalized Orders
Due to the made-to-order and personalized nature of many of our products, all custom, personalized, and made-to-order items are final sale.
We do not accept returns, refunds, cancellations, or exchanges on personalized or custom-made products.
This includes products customized with names, special requests, or made to customer specifications.
Exchanges for Non-Custom Items Only
We may accept exchanges only for non-custom, non-personalized items if:
- An exchange request is submitted within 7 days of delivery
- The item is unused, unworn, and in original condition
- The item is returned in original packaging
- Proof of purchase is provided
- The exchange is approved by us prior to return
Customers must contact us at pawsnpinecones@gmail.com before sending any item back.
Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Exchange Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for:
- Return shipping costs
- Shipping costs for sending the exchanged item back to the customer
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Non-Returnable / Non-Exchangeable Items
We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for:
- Personalized items
- Custom-made or made-to-order items
- Sale or discounted items
- Gift cards
- Used or worn items
- Items damaged due to misuse
- Preference-based concerns, including change of mind, color expectations, or sizing selection errors
Customers are responsible for reviewing product details and size information before purchase.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, you must contact us within 3 days of delivery at pawsnpinecones@gmail.com and include photographs of:
- The item
- Packaging
- Shipping label
If approved, we may offer a replacement, exchange, store credit, or refund at our discretion.
No General Returns or Refunds
Except as expressly stated in this policy, we do not accept returns or issue refunds.
No Cancellations
Orders may not be canceled once production or fulfillment has begun.
Right to Refuse
We reserve the right to refuse any exchange request that does not comply with this policy.
